本校為配合政府推動環境保護及實驗室、實習工場安全衛生之政策,以落實校園環境保護及安全衛生,保障全校教職員生之健康,於民國八十六年二月成立環安室,為本校環保與安全衛生業務之管理單位。現有工作人員二人,包括主任及技士各一名。
為推動本校之實驗室安全與衛生及環境衛生事務,本室計執行下列事宜:
一、釐訂職業災害防止計畫。
二、規劃、督導各單位之勞工安全衛生管理。
三、規劃、督導安全衛生設施之檢點與檢查。
四、指揮、督導有關人員實施巡視、定期檢查、重點檢查及作業環境測定。
五、規劃及實施勞工安全衛生教育訓練。
六、規劃勞工健康檢查並實施健康管理。
七、辦理職業災害調查、處理及職業災害統計。
八、提供安全衛生管理資料及建議。
九、其他有關勞工安全衛生管理事項。
十、飲用水衛生督導管理。
十一、冷卻水塔衛生督導管理。
十二、毒性化學物質督導管理。
十三、感染性廢棄物督導管理。
十四、廢水處理督導管理。
Office of Environmental Safety and Health
The Office of Environmental Safety
and Health of China Medical University was established in 1997 in accordance
with governmental policy. The Office has one director and one assistant. The
underlying two tasks of the Office are establishing guidelines and regulations,
and providing safety education and training for workplace managers to supervise
the laboratories, internship factories, and other workplaces. Physical health
examination is also included in the services of the Office.
The Office will act as a role to
give suggestions, directions, and enforcement about safety and hygiene on campus
to all the members in the university. It is expected that these regulations will
normally be performed by all units. In order to ensure that all the members in
the university are protected by the highest possible standards of safety and
health , and that environmental concerns are adequately addressed, all faculty,
staff and students should take individual responsibility for self-examination to
prevent all occupational injuries, and for the proper treatment of collection
and disposal of wastes and toxic substances.
